Hello, I’m Jo — a qualified holistic therapist specialising in women’s wellness and beauty through natural, non-invasive methods.

After many years in a fast-paced corporate career within a leading FMCG company, I felt called to make a meaningful change. I retrained as a Level 5 Reflexologist, the highest qualification available in the UK. My journey into holistic therapy began earlier, when I completed my ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Massage at the London School of Massage. Reflexology felt like the perfect next step—and it’s become my true passion.

My work is centred around women’s health, with a special focus on:

• Pregnancy and maternity
• Perimenopause and menopause

I’m dedicated to continually enhancing my skills and knowledge, regularly attending professional training to ensure I offer the highest quality treatments. This commitment enables me to deliver a personalised and supportive experience to each client.

My practice is located in Alconbury Weald, Cambridgeshire, in a private and tranquil garden room that’s fully heated and air-conditioned for your comfort. I am easily accessible from:

As a women’s holistic therapist, I typically work exclusively with women. 

However, I do offer reflexology for couples undergoing fertility treatment, providing compassionate support throughout your journey.
